Our Approach to Warranty & Standing Behind the Work

The short, honest answer: we won’t publish a specific guarantee period or invented warranty term here that isn’t real. What we can tell you plainly is how we approach a problem after a job is finished.

What This Means in Practice

Every quote is written before work starts and states exactly what’s included. If something in that written scope isn’t done correctly, we make it right — that’s a direct extension of the same written-estimate policy described on our Pricing page, not a separate, vague promise layered on top of it.

Plant health specifically depends on factors outside our control once installation is complete — watering habits, weather, and site conditions among them (see our Disclaimer). We won’t claim a blanket plant-replacement guarantee we can’t actually stand behind for every situation. What we will do is talk through, honestly, what’s covered and what isn’t for your specific project before you sign anything — not after something has already gone wrong.

Why We’re Not Publishing a Specific Term Here

A specific warranty period or guarantee term should mean something real and enforceable, tied to an actual operating business with a track record behind it. We’d rather tell you that plainly than publish a number that isn’t backed by anything, the way some companies do to look more reassuring on a website. If you’re getting a quote, ask us directly what’s covered on your specific project — you’ll get a straight answer, in writing, as part of that quote.
